1. Service Description

The BestTop AI Career Intelligence Platform (the "Platform") is operated by BestTop Career Development Pte Ltd and provides AI-powered and psychometric science-based career assessment, job matching, and skill development services. The Platform integrates the BestTop Professional Readiness Assessment (BPRA) framework, Fusion Score algorithm, and FitScore™ matching engine.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Assessment & Matching Results

BPRA assessment results, Fusion Scores, FitScores, and job matching recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute employment guarantees or professional advice. Results are based on psychometric models and statistical analysis but should not be the sole basis for making significant career decisions. We recommend consulting qualified career advisors when making important career decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The BPRA framework, Fusion Score algorithm, FitScore™ matching engine, and all Platform content and technology are proprietary to BestTop Career Development Pte Ltd. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

5. User Conduct

  • Provide accurate and truthful responses in assessments
  • Not attempt to manipulate or game assessment results
  • Not access any part of the Platform without authorization
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. AI Processing & Liability

The Platform uses artificial intelligence for assessment scoring, resume parsing, job matching, and course recommendations. AI-generated results are advisory only and do not constitute professional advice. We conduct regular audits of AI models to ensure fairness and accuracy but do not guarantee absolute accuracy of results. You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated results.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BestTop does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Job matching and course recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and may not reflect actual employment market conditions. SSG course data is sourced from third-party APIs, and BestTop is not responsible for its accuracy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
