Founder & CEO
Tony Jin founded BestTop Consulting in 2015 in Singapore with a vision to bridge the gap between traditional career counseling and data-driven career intelligence. With deep expertise in psychometric assessment, workforce development, and AI technology, Tony has led BestTop to become a pioneer in the intersection of career science and artificial intelligence.
Under his leadership, BestTop developed the proprietary BPRA (BestTop Professional Readiness Assessment) framework — a 16-dimension psychometric instrument validated through rigorous statistical analysis including Cronbach's alpha reliability testing and factor analysis.
